Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Woolsey Attic Insulation team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Insulation Work
Every job at Woolsey Attic Insulation is priced on its own merits, off a free written estimate. There are no hourly rates to track, no plans to join, and nothing to sign up for before we’ll give you a number. You see the full price for your specific job, in writing, before anyone touches a thing. That number is the price. It doesn’t grow once we’re in the attic and it doesn’t arrive as a surprise on the invoice. For a lot of homeowners, that’s a new experience – and it should be the normal one.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out
Nothing. The estimate visit is free, and it carries no obligation. One of our background-checked, uniformed technicians comes out, takes a look at the attic, and talks through what the job actually involves. You’ll get a written price at the end of it – the full number, no ranges to decode. The visit itself takes less time than most homeowners expect. If you want to think it over, you’re free to do that. If you’d rather not move forward, that’s fine too. The visit costs you nothing either way.
When People Usually Call Us
Insulation work tends to surface at two moments: something just happened, or a homeowner is thinking ahead before the season that’s going to make it matter most.
The reactive calls usually come when an energy bill arrives that doesn’t make sense, when a room that was comfortable last year suddenly isn’t, or when a contractor working on something else opens the attic hatch and mentions what they saw up there. Those calls have a bit of urgency to them, and we try to move accordingly.
The planning calls are different in tone. A homeowner is thinking about the summer heat or the winter cold before it arrives. They want to understand what’s actually up in that attic – how much insulation, what condition it’s in, whether it’s doing anything useful at all. These conversations tend to be slower and more thorough, which suits us fine. Either way, the first step is the same: a free written estimate so you know what you’re actually looking at before making any decision.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way
A few things apply to every job we do, whether there’s an offer attached or not.
The price is written down before any work starts – that’s not a promotion, it’s how we operate. The technician who shows up will be uniformed and background-checked; you’ll know exactly who is walking into your home. We answer the phone with a live person, 24 hours a day, seven days a week – no voicemail, no callback window. If the work isn’t right within 365 days of completion, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s in writing on every job. These are the standards Glenn Hartley built this location around, and they apply regardless of what’s on the calendar.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The estimate visit costs nothing and carries no obligation to book. You get a written price for the specific job at the end of the visit, and you’re free to walk away from it – no pressure, no follow-up invoice for our time.
Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?
We don’t, and that’s a deliberate choice. Every job is priced off a free written estimate, and that’s the only pricing mechanism we use. No interest rates, no plans to sign up for, no monthly charge for anything. The written number you get before work starts is the whole conversation.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you’re unsure which one applies to your situation, ask when you call – a live person will be on the line and can walk you through it clearly.
Does the price change once you’re here?
No. The written estimate is the price. If our technician gets into the attic and finds something that wasn’t visible during the estimate – something that genuinely changes the scope – we stop, explain what we found, and give you a revised written price before doing anything further. You decide whether to proceed. The original estimate never quietly expands into something larger on the invoice.

Call (325) 240-5411 any time – a live person answers around the clock. Or book online if that’s easier. Either way, the first step is a free written estimate, and it stays free whether you hire us or not. Warmer winters and cooler summers, from the attic down.
