Life happens - we get it. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule and, where possible, offer that slot to another customer.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. We’ll always try to be reasonable, and we’ll communicate any such fee clearly if it applies to your situation.
